Join Jesse Trace, local oak expert and agroroecological designer, for an evening harvest at 5:30 on Nov 8th, followed the next morning by a hands-on acorn food workshop. Learn about oak trees and acorns as a staple food, gain hands on experience identifying and processing native acorns, and taste a treat made with acorn flour! Please bring a hammer or mallet for de-hulling.
